电动轮自卸车拉功试验微机测控系统

【摘要】 电动轮自卸车的负载拉功试验是检验其牵引性能、保证使用质量的重要手段。本文所述拉功测控系统可在静止状态下模拟整车任意负载工况,并获得相应的测试数据;由这些数据便可迅速判断整车性能的优劣,从而可以大大缩短整车大中修的调试时间,提高调试质量。我们拟就该测控系统的功能、组成、测控原理、有关软件及应用情况等提供给读者,以便对本系统有一个完整的了解。

【Abstract】 Load-pull test of motor wheel truck is importaut for pull performance exaimnatiou and service quality security. The pull test system described in this paper cau simuatle any operating duty of the whole truck in a static position and collect relevaut test data.Based on these data, one can easily identify situation greatly reduce overhaul time and improve test quality. This paper is to present the founction, composition, principle of measure and control, relevant software and application of the system for readers in order that users can fully understand the system.
