【摘要】 在LRZ—2型乳化炸药连续乳化自动化生产线中,采用了先进的工艺与设备,取得了明显的效果。由于使用了微机控制,使生产过程的主要工序实现了自动调控,如在水相原材料自动计量中使用了DS—1型多功能微电脑电子秤;温度控制中使用了WJK—1型微机温度巡检控制仪;水、油及发泡剂三相流的计量控制中使用了WLJ—2型微机流量积算配比调节仪;对开机与停机进行程序控制等。从而使生产工艺稳定可靠,保证了产品质量,同时也降低了能耗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Model LRZ-2 automatic manufacturing equipment for emulsion explosive with advanced technology and devices has produced a remarkable results. Through microcomputer control, the main process can be automatically adjusted. For example, Model DS-1 multifunctional electronic scale contralled by microcomputer has been used in the automatic metering of water phase mate-rial;Model WJK-1 temperature patrol measuring and controlling apparatus with microcomputer in the temperature control) Mcdel WLJ-2 flow cumulation and distribation adjuster in metering control of three phases of water, oil and foa-mer; and the control by start-up and shutdown program.
