硅酸盐水泥对镍黄铁矿可浮性的影响及其作用机理
THE INFLUENCE OF SILICATE CEMENT ON THE FLOATABILITY OF NICKEL-PYRITE AND ITS MECHANISM
【摘要】 采用胶结充填采矿法,混入矿石中的胶结充填料(水泥、砾石和细砂)严重影响硫化镍矿石的浮选,明显降低回收率。硅酸盐水泥在无限量水中的水化产物Ca(OH)2+Fe2O3·aq+Al2O3·aq+SiO2·aq显著降低镍黄铁矿的可浮性,Ca(OH)2是抑制镍黄铁矿的主要成分。
【Abstract】 Cemented filling materials in ore affect greatly the flotation of nickel sulphate mineral, reducing its recovery. In an unlimited quantity of water, hydrate Ca(OH)2+Fe2O3.aq+Al2O3.aq + SiO2.aq of silicate cement can reduce greatly the flotability of pyrite. Among them, Ca(OH)2 is a main component for depressing nickel-pyrite mineral.
