非水溶性葡聚糖水解酶在控制人牙菌斑形成中的作用
Role of Insoluble glucan hydrolase in controlling formatión of human dental plaqne
【摘要】 本研究通过实验观察,证实非水溶性葡聚糖水解酶(insoluble glucan hydrolase)能降解非水溶性葡聚糖粘附物中多糖成分,松散牙菌斑结构,且对口腔粘膜无刺激作用及不良影响,能显著抑制人体口腔内牙菌斑形成。
【Abstract】 This study showed that insoluble glucan hydrolase(IGase) can decompose insoluble polysacchartdes produced by S. mutans,and effectively break down experimental plaque. No virulent stimu]ation and side effects were found when IGase was applied to the oral mucous membrane of mice. The clinical test indicated that IGasecan significantly control the formation of human dental plaque. This investigation can provide a biological way to prevent dental caries.
