【摘要】 1991年6月以来,我们对24例男性膀胱癌患者施行了回肠新膀胱术,术后随访2-12个月。92％的患者达到了日间可控性排尿、平均膀胱容量为365ml,电解质紊乱等各种并发症低于传统的其它尿流改道术。术后经原尿道排尿明显提高了病人的生活质量,远期的疗效有待进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since June 24 1991, male patients with bladder cancer have received an ileal neobladder in our department. Postoperative follow-up is 2-12months, full continence has been achived in 92% of all the patients during day time. The average reservoir capacity of the neobladder is 365ml. Higher electrolyte blance and life quality have been observed in our group. The incidence of complications of the operation is lower than that of traditional urinary diversion. The patients’ acceptance of the ileal neobladder has been excellent. of course the long term consequence needs further postoperative study.更多还原
