大鼠皮质缺损胎脑组织移植的研究

【摘要】 把实验动物随机分为假手术对照组和胎脑组织移植组。将胎脑皮质移植到成年动物的皮质缺损部位。用过横杆法和爬坡法对移植前、后的各组大鼠进行测试,植后18月活杀动物并作光镜、电镜和电子探针观察分析,探讨移植物存活和生长状况及对大鼠脑功能的影响。测试结果:各组间无显著性差异(P>O.05)形态学观察表明、应用胎脑组织植入成年鼠皮质缺损腔内生长良好。提示同种胎脑组织移植能够存活、生长发育,为受损皮质结构功能恢复提供了物质基础。

【Abstract】 The animals were divided at random into 3 groups, in which an artificial operating group and two brain transplantation groups, Embryonic feontal cortex was implanted into the dam- aged cortex area of adult rats (donor and host wistar rats). Pre-and post-transplant, the an- imals were tested in the way of crossing pole and climbing slope 18 months later, the rats were analyzed with LM, TEM and EP (electron probe). These studies explored the survival, growth and viability of the grafts and influence of fetal graft on brain function of the rats. The test re- sult showed no different significance among the 3 groups (P>0.05). The morphological ob- servation showed that transplantation of fetal brain into a resection cavity on the damaged cortex area of the animals was successful. These data suggest that homotypic implants of fetal brain be able to grow and replace damaged cotex. To what degree is brain function recovered in the rats after transplantation. It has some problems to make further research effectively. However, the implication of the findings from the tentative of brain graft in dam- aged cortex is considered.
