用回归正交法建立激光相变硬化性能与工艺参数学模型

【摘要】 用回归正交分析的方法,建立了中碳结构钢、碳素工具钢和合金结构钢的激光相变硬化性能与工艺参数间关系的数学模型.分析了回归方程的显著性并预测了各硬化指标的精度.试验指出,该方程是实用的,在试验条件范围内,精度较高,对生产实践有一定的指导作用.

【Abstract】 In this paper,by using the orthogonal method of regression,we have established the mathematical model between hardening properties of transformation by laser and the technological parameters for medinm carbon construction steel,carbon tool steel and medium carbon construction alloy steel. The remarkable degree of regression function and the precision of hardened indication have been ana- lysed.The results show that thismethod is practical and precise within the experimental condition.It has the important guided effect on production practice.
