【摘要】 浙江省粮食生产面临总量不足、结构失衡两大问题,必须在保证粮食生产稳定增长的前提下,积极调整品种结构.解决粮食产销结构失衡的措施一是调整作物结构,大力发展玉米生产;二是改良早籼稻米质;三是运用价格杠杆引导生产和消费.在调整种植业结构和优化品质过程中,应加强科技投入,提高粮食生产的经济效益,做好产前、产中和产后服务。更多还原
