【摘要】 本文报告一种暴露内皮细胞腔面的铺片制备技术,结合放射自显影方法在光镜下显示~3H—TdR掺入的内皮细胞核,计算整条动脉内皮细胞的标记率,定量显示内皮细胞再生活动情况,并以此对在体动脉内皮细胞损筋进行定量分析。通过对高胆固醇血症的鹌鹑内皮细胞损伤的研究,证明可以满足定量分析内皮损伤的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 A special technique for "en face" artery endothelium preparation is intioduced, with which the nucleus labelled by ~3H—TdR can be seen with light microscopy. The endothelial regeneration canbe quantitatively analysed by calculating the labelling rate of endothelial ceils. The endothelial injury in quails with hypercholesterolemia was studied by this method. The more injury, the more cell regeneration. It is obvious that this method can be used in the study of any kind of endothelial injury.更多还原
