【Abstract】 This supply may adjust the voltage output continuously from 0～300mV with resolusion of 75mV(when the voltage changes 100mV,the displacement of the piezo- electric ceramics mechanism changes 0.01μm).The 6utput ripples are less than 5mV.The supply’s frequency response is 500Hz.After working two hours,its output change is less than 0.03%。The supply may be controlled by either hands or computer.更多还原
