【摘要】 报告小儿亚急性渗出-缩窄性心包炎(SCPE)23例。其中男16例,女7例,年龄3个月～12岁。21例于4周内发生缩窄。13例术前施行了心包腔空气造影术(PP),其结果与手术结果均相吻合。文章就该病的临床特点及诊断治疗进行了讨论,尤其注重该病与急性心包炎二者在临床特点、诊断和治疗上的区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty three cases of subacute constrictive pericarditis with effusion (SCPE) in children have been reported. There were 16 males and 7 females, aged from 3 months to 12 years old. Constriction occurred in 21 patients within 4 weeks. Pericardial pneumoradiography (PP) was perfomed in 13 patients before surgery. The results were in accordance with surgery. Clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of SCPE were discussed. Emphasis was put on the distintion between SCPE and acute pericarditis.更多还原
