双乙酸钠的制备研究

【摘要】 本文详细介绍了食品和饲料的高效防腐保鲜营养剂双乙酸钠的用途,以及采用醋酸和醋酸钠作原料、乙醇作溶剂制备双乙酸钠的条件研究。结果表明该法具有原料价廉、易得,操作简单,易于实现工业化生产等优点。

【Abstract】 This paper describes carefully and minutely the use of sodium diacetate known as high-effective, antiseptic, preservative nutriment for food and forage. It also presents a research on the preparation of sodium diacetate with acetate and sodium acetate as raw material and with alcohol as solvent. The facts have proved that the preparation method has advantages of cheap,obtainalbe raw material,simple operation and easy industrilization.
