【Abstract】 The relationship between spermicidal effectiveness and components of crude gasoline and alkylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol was studied. When n = 9-11,the best correspondent spermicidal effectiveness of C9, C10 aalkene is obtained. The minimum effective concentration of killing sperm is 0. 15-0. 25 mg/ml.In order to improve spermicidal effectiveness of alkylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol, C9, C10 alkene contained within crude gasoling would be increased.更多还原
