【Abstract】 This paper reviews tbe pulse modulation characteristics of autodyne - type electrtcal feedback semiconductor laser (LD). Some numerical analysis are made. The computer simulation shows that the electrical feedback can reject the dynamic frequency slip (DFS) of LD and the selection of feedback parameters and the combination between parameters have significant effects to DFS.更多还原
