亚稳态化合物Ce2Fe23B3的结构与磁性
STRUCTURE AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF METASTABLE COMPOUND Ce2Fe23B3
【摘要】 研究了非晶态Ce2Fe23B3合金的晶化以及亚稳态化合物Ce2Fe23B3的结构与磁性XRD分析证实,Ce2Fe23B3为bcc结构,晶格常数α=1.417nm由Ce2Fe23B3的室温Mossbauer谱,确定不同Fe位Fe原子磁矩的大小依次为:μFe(48e1)>μFe(48e2)>μFe(48e3)>μFe(16c)>μFe(24d),平均每个Fe原子和Ce原子的磁矩分别为1.94和0.85μB
【Abstract】 Crystallization of amorphous Ce2Fe23B3 alloys as well as structure and mag-netic properties of metastable compound Ce2Fe23B3 were studied. X-ray diffraction analysisconfirmed that the crystal structure of Ce2Fe23B3 compound is body-centered cubic, its lat-tice constant α=1.417 nm. Measurement of room temperature hyperfine field ofCe2Fe23B3 observeed that the size of Fe magnetic moment in different Fe site is orderlyμFe(48e1)>μFe(48e2)>μFe(48e3)>μFe(16c)>μFe(24d). Average magnetic moments per Fe atomand per Ce atom are 1.94 and 0.85μB respectively.
