CeO2对FeBSi激光重熔合金化层组织与性能的影响
EFFECT OF CeO2 ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND WEAR RESISTANCE OF LASER REMELTING FeBSi COATING
【摘要】 研究了加CeO2前后的FeBSi非晶粉末涂层经激光重熔后的组织与性能结果表明,加入8%CeO2的激光重熔合金化层硬度和耐磨性均比未加的提高一倍左右,而且组织中有马氏体相变发生,层内晶粒细小,共晶化合物多,形态规整,分布均匀未加CeO2的激光重熔合金化层中没有马氏体相变发生,层内晶粒粗大,共晶化合物大小不等且分布不均据此分析了CeO2对激光重熔合金化层组织与性能的影响
【Abstract】 The hardness and wear resistance of sprayed FeBSi coating after laser remelt-ing were much improved by addition of 8% CeO2. Microstructural observation on theFeBSi+CeO2 coating revealed that the formation of martensite occurs, as well as the refinedgrains and the more eutectics and compounds with regular morphology are distributed. Whilethe FeBSi coating free from CeO2 is a sharp constrast in microstructure.
