真空阴极电弧沉积TiN超硬膜在精冲模具上的应用
Application of TiN Superhard Films Deposited by Vacuum Cathodic Arc on Fine Blanking Dies
【摘要】 对真空阴极电弧沉积TiN超硬膜在四种不同材质的精冲模具上的应用进行了研究.结果表明,回火软化温度低的T10钢和CrWMn钢不宜用作沉积TiN膜的基体材料;具有回火脆性的Cr12钢沉积TiN膜后用于低载荷的场合时效果较好,模具使用寿命比未镀膜的高4倍;回火软化温度高的W18Cr4V高速钢沉积TiN膜后的使用效果最好,使用寿命可提高6.6倍以上.沉积温度对基材的性能影响很大,在确保基体不严重软化的前提下,提高镀膜温度有利于模具寿命的提高.TiN涂覆模具的寿命还与被冲材料的性能有关.
【Abstract】 The application of TiN superhard films deposited by vacuum cathodic arc on fine blanking dies made of four materials is studed.The results indicate that carbon steel T10 and low alloy steel CrWMn,all with low tempering temperature are not suitable to be used as the substrates of depositing TiN films.After being deposited with TiN films,die steel Crl2 with temper brittleness can achieve good results in the case of low working load,and the life of dies is 5 times than that of without TiN films.The H.S.S.W18Cr4V with high tempering temperature and without temper brittleness can achive a striking effect deposition and the life of the dies is increased to 6.6 times.The deposition temperature has great influence on the property of die materials.The service life of die increases with a rise in the deposition temperature before the die materials do not soften seriously.The properties of the punched materials also influence on the life of die with TiN films.
