毒麦与小麦对禾草灵耐药性的生理生化比较研究
A Comparative Study on the Tolerance to Diclofop-methyl between Darnel and Wheat
【摘要】 禾草灵(Diclofop—methyl)可以选择性地防除小麦田中的毒麦幼苗。毒麦叶面喷施禾草灵(1.125—2.25kg/ha)1—3天,叶片内源脱落酸增加1倍;3天后,叶片游离脯氨酸开始大幅度增加,光合速率明显受到抑制。小麦叶片喷施禾草灵后均未出现上述生理生化反应。
【Abstract】 In this study, changes in contents of abscisic acid and free-proline and in photosynthetic rate in the leaves of darnel (Lolium temulentum L. )and wheat (Tritium aestivum L. )after sprayed with the herbicide diclofop-methyl were compared. The physiological and biochemical mechanism of the different responses of the crop and the weed to diclofop-methyl were revealed. The results prove that diclofop-methyl can selectively and effectively control the darnel seedlings in wheat fields. In 3 days after leaf spraying of diclofop-methyl the abscisic acid content in the leaves of darnel doubled. After the third day,free proline in the leaves increased obviously in darnel, while the photosynthetic rate decreased markedly. No such physiological and biochemical responses as described above were found in wheat. The mechanism of the selective action of diclofop-methyl to darnel was discussed. It is suggested that diclofop-methyl inhibits the growth of the weed by inhibiting its photosynthesis and destroying its cell membranes, resulting in the death of the weed.
