大型发电机冷却器和机座的动态分析
Dynamic Analysis of Cooler and Frame of Heavy Generator
【摘要】 首先概述了计算复杂系统模态参数的动态予结构法的基本原理。然后采用有限元计算与试验模态分析相结合的研究方法,分析了发电机主要部件的有机玻璃结构模型的动态特性,以确定发电机结构的合理的离散化数学模型。最后据此按照设计图纸研究了发电机结构原型的动态特性,并进而论证了发电机结构设计的可靠性。
【Abstract】 The authors outline the basic principles of dynamic substructure method for calculating the modal parameters of complex system. In order to determine the reasonable discrete mathematical model for the generator structure, by adopting the technique combining finite element method with test model analysis the dynamic characteristics are analysed of the organic glass structural model for the main components in the generator. On the basis of this discrete model, the dynamic characteristic of the prototype of the generator structure is studied thus verifying the reliability of this generator structure designed.
