试论高校科研课题分散、重复现象及对策
On Dispersion and Repetition in Scientific Research Subjects in Colleges and Universities and Their Countermeasures
【摘要】 论述了高校科研课题分散、重复现象及其产生的原因,并提出了相应的对策和措施。
【Abstract】 The author expounds the causes of dispersion and repetition in scientific research subjects and also puts forward the countermeasures for their solution.
