香菇深层发酵菌丝体多糖的提取及其抗感染抗肿瘤试验

【摘要】 深层发酵的香菇菌丝体,以热水煮沸和乙醇沉淀提取其多糖,经适当稀释、蒽酮法定量和高压灭菌后,按每千克体重约1.10mg腹腔注射到小鼠体内,连续6d,然后用禽多杀性巴氏杆菌攻毒,其LD50 值为对照组的2.5倍.若注射量为每千克体重19mg,连续10d,并在用多糖后的次日皮下植入S180肿瘤细胞,10d后捕杀检查所有小鼠,发现肿瘤重及肿瘤与体重之比值均显著低于对照组的(P<0.005).证明香菇深层发酵菌丝体的多糖同样具有抗感染、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力等功效.

【Abstract】 Polysaccharides were extracted from fermented Lentinus edodes hyphae by boiling water and precipitated by alcohol,measured the quantities by anthrone method. After appropriate diluting and autoclaving, the autocla-ved polysaccharides were injected intraperitoneally into mice 1.1 mg/kg BW daily for 6 days. Then challenged with Pasteurella multocida isolated from poultry to test the antiinfection activity. LD50 in mice received mushroom polysaccharides was 2.5 times higher than that in the control mice. Another group of mice was injected in 19 mg/kg BW dose daily for days. Then, 180 sarcoma cells were transplanted subcutaneously. After ten days, all mice were killed, and the size of sarcoma analysed. It was found that the weight of tumour and the ratio of tumour weight to body weight in mice received polysaccharides were remarkably less than that of the control mice ( P<0.005 ) . It was suggested that polysaccharides of deep fermented Lentinus edodes hyphae showed both antiinfection and antitumour activities.
