加热段单侧竖壁受热的两相闭式热虹吸管的模型及分析
MODELING AND ANALYSIS OF THE TWO-PHASE CLOSED THERMOSYPHON WITH ONE SIDE VERTICAL SURFACE HEATED IN THE EVAPORATOR
【摘要】 以一种用于大功率半导体元件冷却的加热段单侧坚壁受热的两相闭式热虹吸管为研究对象,提出了包括界面剪切力及池沸腾等复杂流动、传热现象在内的热虹吸管综合模型,并对稳态情况作了描述.在稳态时,对所给定的边界条件,给出了模型的估计值,并对热虹吸管的传热极限以及影响热虹吸管传热特性的几个主要因素进行了讨论和分析.
【Abstract】 Taking a two-phase closed thermosyphon with one side vertical surface heated in the evaporator which is used for cooling power semiconductors as an object,we developed a comprehensive model with including the interfacial shear stress, pool boiling and other complex flow and heat transfer phenomena for the thermosyphon. Also,the steady-state performance is described. The prediction for the steady-state operation is given for the specified boundary conditions. Some limits of heat transfer and main factors which influence the characteristics of heat transfer for thermosyphon are discussed and analysed.
