计算机仿真在螺旋叶片冷辗轧过程中的应用
APPLICATION OF COMPUTER SIMULATION IN COLD ROLLING PROCESS OF SPIRAL FLIGHT
【摘要】 螺旋叶片锥辊异面冷辗轧过程的理论研究,至今开展得很不够,因而辗轧过程调整,国内外均采用“经验试轧法”进行,造成了优质钢材的浪费和设备台时数占用过多。本文依据计算机仿真理论,建立了过程模拟和仿真支持系统.从而实现了辗轧过程调整的科学化、高效化。
【Abstract】 Up to now, there is no suffici nt theoretical research on cold rolling process of spiral flight with conical rollers, and the axes are not in the same plane. Therefore, the "trial and error" method is adopted for adjustment of rolling process, which leads to material waste and excessive equipment-hour. In this paper, a process simulation support system is de-veloped, which includes control program, simplified model base, simplified solution method base and simplified date base, and suits for scientific and effective adjustment of rolling process.
