Incoloy 800H合金表面激光熔覆SiC的显微组织分析
MICROSTRUCTURE OF LASER SURFACE CLADDED——Incoloy 800H ALLOY WITH SiC
【摘要】 对 Incoloy 800H 合金表面激光熔覆 SiC 后的显微组织进行了分析。熔覆层通过柱状晶过渡区与基体牢固结合,熔覆层的维氏硬度有较大提高。SiC 颗粒在熔覆处理中发生了部分分解,形成大量弥散分布的粒状 M7C3共晶碳化物。另外熔覆处理还导致了高密度位错亚结构的产生。
【Abstract】 A 2kW transverse flow CO2 laser was applied to Incoloy 800H alloyand the microstructure of the coating was investigated.It has been shown thatthe coating has a good bonding with the substrate and the microhardness ofthe coating is increased.Partial dissolution of SiC and formation of dispersedM7C3 eutectic carbides were occurred.High density dislocations have been alsoobserved in the coating.
