消旋棉酚和雷公藤总甙对体外人精子顶体反应的影响
EFFECT OF RACEMIC (±) GOSSYPOL AND TOTAL GLYCOSIDES FROM TRIPTERYGIUM WILFORDII(GTW) ON HUMAN SPERM ACROSOME REACTION IN VITRO
【摘要】 用间接免疫荧光法和透射电镜技术观察经消旋棉酚和雷公藤总甙作用后的体外人精子顶体反应。结果表明,消旋棉酚(5mg/L)和雷公藤总甙(10mg/L)对由离子载体ionophore A23187(A23187诱导的顶体反应有明显抑制作用。电镜结果还显示,这两种药物在非杀精浓度下对精子膜也有一定的损伤。
【Abstract】 The effect of racemic(±) gossypol and total glycosides of tripterygium wilfordii (GTW) on human sperm acrosome reaction was observed by indirect immunofluorescence and transmission electron microscopy. The results indicate that recemic (±) gossypol and GTW may significantly inhibit human sperm acrosome reaction induced by ionophore A23187 at 5mg/L and 10mg/L respectively. The results of TEM shows that racemic (±) gossypol and GTW may injure the sperm plasma membrane.
