【Abstract】 The systematic selection approach was tried in clonal breeding of oiltea camellia by the following procedures. First, group selection was conducted in natural oiltea stands. Then, dominant seed trees were determined and demonstration plantations were established. Further, individual selection followed, picking out 33 superior trees. Finally, through a 4-year clonal test, 12 superior clones were produced. The oil yield of these clones amounted to as high as 776.4 kg per ha, and their other significant indices proved good.更多还原
