【摘要】 在神经肌肉刺激仪四个成串刺激（TOF）的持续监测下,对每组8例重症肌无力行胸腺切除的患者,分别使用正常人1/4 ED₉₀剂量的卡肌宁（0.1 mg/kg）或维库溴铵（0.02 mg/kg）。结果表明,两组患者对非去极化类松弛药非常敏感,神经肌肉阻滞作用发生迅速,60 s 即可在满意或较满意条件下气管插管,阻滞时间（T₁恢复25%）分别为26～41 min（卡肌宁组）和25～44 min（维库溴铵组）。12例术中重复用药,无蓄积作用。术毕肌松药残留作用在两组都可用新斯的明对抗。作者认为短效、无蓄积作用的非去极化类松弛药,可安全地用于重症肌无力患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 16 patients with myasthemia gravis,1/4 ED₉₀ doses of atracuriune or vecuronium were used, while the status of neuromuscular blockade were continuously evaluated by a peripheral nerve stimulator.The results showed that all patients were very sensitive to both nondepularizing muscle relaxants atracurium or vencuronium.60 see after the bolus doses,good intubation conditions were achieved.Durations of action ranged 26～ 41 rain （atracurium,n=8）,and 24～44 min （vecuronium, n=8）.In 12 patients repeated doses were adjusted as 1/4 initial doses ,cumulation did not occur.At the end of operation 9 patients had a uneomplete recovery of neuromuscular function.It reversed by neostigmine easily.We concluded that both short acting nondepolarizing drug atracurium or vecuronium could be safely used in patients with myasthemia gravis.更多还原
