【Abstract】 -A dual six-port network analyzer with excellent accuracy and precisionis presented. It has been used as the national stanard for calibrating the complex reflection coefficient of one-port, the attenuation and the phase shift of two-port as well as for measuring the S-parameters of two-port at 26.5~40 GHz. The uncertainty for this system is theoretically analysed and experimentally estimated, and the specification of the measurement uncertainty for this system is given by using error synthesis.更多还原
