【Abstract】 It was recommended in the 77th Meeting of CIPM in October 1988, that the new resistance standard based on the QHE (Quantum Hall Effects) will be worldwide adopted starting from 1st January, 1990 to replace the standard resistor group, which has been used for over fifty years. The NIM started a programme to build a QHR (Quantum Hall Resistor) standard since 1987 which is now completed. Its total uncertainty for the determination of 10kΩ and 1kΩ is 2.2×10-8.更多还原
