人参中环氧炔醇的提取分离与鉴定
Isolation And Identification Of Panaxydoi From Panax Ginseng
【摘要】 本文采用乙酸乙酯作为提取溶剂,以乙酸乙酯—正已烷—氯仿作为洗脱剂,以硅胶为支持剂进行干柱层析,获得一淡黄色油状物,经IR、′H—NMR、13C—NMR和MS光谱鉴定为人参环氧炔醇（Panaxydol）。
【Abstract】 In this experiment a light yellow oil - like substance was abstained by ary column chro-matography with siiica gei as supporter and with the mixture of ethyl acetate - n--hexane chio- roform as eluant, and was identified as panaxydol through analysis of IR, H-NMR, 13 C-NMR and MS.
