电锤铝气缸交叉孔内壁电解去毛刺工艺的研究
Electrolytic Deburring Technology of Cross-hole Inside the Aluminium Cylinder
【摘要】 本文采用局部电解法去除电锤铝气缸交叉孔内壁毛刺。通过理论分析与试验确定了工艺参数并设计了阴极,解决了生产中的问题。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the partial electrolytic method which is applied to de-burr cross-hole inside aluminium cylinder of ecectric hammer. The Corresponding technological parameters are determined and negative pole is designed through theoretical analyses and experimental investigations. The problem in production can be solved by means of this method.
