APS-U引发丙烯酸乙酯与明胶接枝共聚的反应研究(Ⅰ)

【摘要】 本文研究了尿素-过硫酸铵氧化还原体系,引发丙烯酸乙酯(EA)与明胶的接枝共聚反应规律。结果表明,维持反应时间为2.0h,[G]=20.00g/L,[EA]=0.1900mol/L,[APS]=1.3×10-2mol/L,[U]=1.3×10-2mol/L;T=60℃时,单体转化率、接枝率、接枝效率均较高.此外,还测得了接枝PEA的粘均分子量,讨论了其接枝共聚机理.

【Abstract】 The present paper covers the graft copolymerization of ethyl acrylate(EA) onto gelatin in persulfate-urea redox system under [G] = 20. 00 g/L, [EA] = 0. 1900 mol/L, Time = 2. 0 h the mechanism of the graft copolymerization. The optinum variables of monomer coversion, the percent grafting, grafting efficiency were obtained at [APS] of 1. 3 × 10-2 mol/L, [U] of 1. 3 × 10-2 mol/L, T of 60 ℃ , respectively, we sucessfully determined the average viscosimetric molecular weight of PEA which functions as branches on gelatin backbone.
