激光熔覆陶瓷展结合强度测量与裂纹形成分析
Measurement of cohesive strength and analysis of forming cracks for laser remelting of plasma spraying ceramic coatings
【摘要】 利用声发射方法,测定了金属材料表面喷涂陶瓷层及经激光熔覆陶瓷层与基体的结合强度,并对陶瓷层产生声发射特性进行了探讨,最后分析了激光熔覆陶瓷层形成裂纹的过程。
【Abstract】 We have measured plasma spraying ceramic coating and laser remelting of plasma spraying ceramic coating to metal surface cohesive strength with acoustic emission technique. The acoustic emission porperty. for laser remelting of plasma spraying ceramic coating have been discussed, and the process to preduce cracks for laser remelting of plasma spraying ceramic coating were also studied.
