【摘要】 用国产米非司酮配伍前列腺素的四种配方,对700例胎囊最大径线≤30mm的早孕妇女进行药物终止妊娠的随机比较性研究:米非司酮两天法——早、晚饭后2小时分别服50mg、25mg,连续2天,第3天给予1mg卡前列甲酯栓的完全流产率为97.3%,放置卡前列甲酯栓后6小时内绒毛球排出占95.7%,具有明显的优点。试用中药"缩宫汤"治疗绒毛球排出后出血两周以上者36例,服药后血停时间最快8小时,最慢6天,提示有减轻药物流产后出血副反应的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using four different regimens of domestie product mifepristone in combination with prostaglandin, a randomized comparative study medical on termination of early pregnancy was performed in 700 women with the maximum fetal sac diameter less than 30mm. The mifepristone for two days regimen: mifepristone 50mg and 25mg were administered orally 2 hours after breakfast and supper respectively. The administration was continued for two days and PG05 1 mg was given on the third day. The complete abortion rate reached to 97.3%, and the fetal sac expulsim rate after 6 hours of PG05 was 95.7%. The Traditional Chinese Medicine"Gong-suo Tang"(drug too uterine contraction) was used in 36 cases for treatment of vaginal bleeding more than two weeks after expulsion of choriomic villes tissue. After medication, the shorteet time for stopping vaginal bleeding was 8 hours and the longest was within 6 days. These results indicated that the"Gong-suo Tang"can reduce the side effect of vaginal bleeding during medically induced abortion.更多还原
