【Abstract】 Disposable dilator was used in 202 cases with 10～16 weeks gestation who needed dilatation and curettage. The results showed that the adverse reactions and the amount of blood loss during operation showed no signifi-cant difference between the experimental and control groups(P>0.05), but the effect of cervical dilatation was significantly different between them(P<0.05). This method was claimed to be simple,easy,safe,effec-tive,with less distress to the pregnant women.更多还原
