【Abstract】 Two laser-irradiated ameiotic parthenoclones (Lamps) were selected from the segregated population of parthenogenesis of silkworm by CO2 laser irradiation, and were named Lamp1 and Lamp2 reslective-ly. Lampi demonstrated mutation of speckle sex-limitation from the blood sex-limitation of its parent and easier culture than two check silkworm breeds. and its constitution was stronger than those of the checks. Lam-p2 resembled its parent in blood sex-limitation, but its quality of cocoon and silk was better than those of the checks.更多还原
