激光、60Co—r射线对草毒生物效应的研究

【摘要】 本实验用CO2激光功率密度10.44W/cm2、3.40W/cm2,一次10秒及再次6、10、14秒处理草莓、茎尖外植体,可使多数处理的无性后代,产量提高或品质改善。He—Ne激光输出功率10.6mW,原光斑照射30、40秒,也有与CO2激光相似效应。60Co—r射线吸收剂量193Gy,单独处理及与He—Ne激光30秒复合处理,可改善果实品质,He—Ne激光对60Co—r射线的辐射损伤有修复作用。

【Abstract】 The stolons and the stem clumps of tissue culture from the four kinds of strawberry were treated with CO2 laser,He-Ne laser,60Co-r ray,and the composed of60 Co-r ray and He-Ne laser in this experiment. The stolons were treated for 10 seconds with 10. 44W/cm2 power density CO2 laser, the main production index and the acidity of asexual generation from two kinds of strawberry’s grow points,increased significally;after the stem clumps of tissue culture were treated for 10 seconds with 3. 40W/cm2 power density CO2 laser, they were treated again for 6,10 and 14 seconds with the same power,the main production index of three kinds of asexual generation increased and the acidity decreased significantly. The production indexes of two kinds of strawberry which were separately treated with He -Ne laser of 10. 6mw power for 30 seconds and 40 seconds increased . The acidity of two kinds of decreased and the variation tends to be same after treated by CO2 laser and He-Ne laser. The single treating of 193 Gy60 Co-r ray and the composed treating of 193 Gy60 Co-r ray and He -Ne laser can increase the content of solubility solid in fruit, and increased the acidity significantly. He-Ne laser can repair the damage caused by60Co -r ray. The radiation can raise the yield of fruits. The characteristics caused by radiation can maintain in the third tissue culture seedlings and one asexual generation.
