大理石抛光表面变质层的研究
Investigation on the Characteristics of Damaged Surface Layer of Marble during Polishing
【摘要】 本文利用扫描电镜发现大理石抛光表面存在有微米级的不同于大理石母材的变质层。进而利用透射电镜证明:该变质层是由非晶和微晶组成的。它的产生有助于提高大理石抛光表面的光泽度。
【Abstract】 An ultra-microscopically thin layer, which has a different characteristics from themasterbody of marble workpiece and is called polishing damaged layer of marble, was discovered on thesurface of polished marble by SEM. From the analysis of the experimental results by TEM, it is demon-strated that the polishing damaged layer of marble is in the amorphous and microcrystal forms. It is the"layer" that would play the most importment role influencing brightness during marble polishing.
