红外成像器件的发展
The Development of Infrared Imaging Detector
【摘要】 文章强调了红外成像器件的重要性。指出:红外探测器是红外热像仪的核心部件,它的发展水平在很大程度上决定了红外热成像技术状态,一种新型探测器的诞生就会带来红外成像系统的更新换代。单元器件、线列多元器件和面阵型器件决定了红外热像仪的发展的不同水平。文章对目前红外成像器件的发展进行了分析总结,并按照不同成像方式把成像器件分为扫描成像器件和凝视成像器件两类,对其优缺点进行评述比较。最后。对我国红外成像器件的发展状况进行了概括,并根据国情,提出了我国发展红外成像器件的意见和建议。
【Abstract】 The importance of IR imaging detector is emphasized in this paper. The IR detector is a kernel part for an IR imager. Its development determines the IR imagers’technicai level. One new type IR detectors can change IR imagers to a new generation.IR single element detectors,linear arrays and plane arrays represent different development states of IR imager. Recent development of IR imaging detector is analysed and summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds imaging ways——scanning and staring are compared. The development of Chinas’IR imaging detector is summarized and according to China situation some opinions and suggestions for developing IR imaging detector are presented.
