急性重复低氧对小鼠脑游离脂肪酸的影响

【摘要】 用气相色谱法测定急性重复低氧对小鼠脑中游离脂肪酸组分与含量,与对照组相比,1次低氧组的游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量均显著上升,4次重复低氧组的FFA含量均降至对照水平。对照、1次低氧、4次重复低氧3组动物脑匀浆中FFA的组分之间均无显著差异,即使低氧耐受时间达143分钟,亦未见到新的脂肪酸。结果提示,动物对低氧的耐受性与脑中FFA含量的适应性有关。

【Abstract】 The content and composition of free fatty acids were studied in the mice brain during acute repetitive hypoxia.Compared with control animals,the content of free fatty acid significantly increased in the group exposured to hypoxia is seem in the group exposured to hypoxia repeatly for 4 runs. No novel free fatty acid as a major compo-nent in the brain homogenates WPS seen in all the three groups,even in animals tolerated up to 143 min.These results indicated that the animals’ tolerance to hypoxia is related to adaptative change of free fatty acid contents in these brain.
