振动流化床空气动力学研究
DESIGN OF VIBRO-FLUIDIZED BED AND ITS AERODYNAMIC STUDY
【摘要】 本文闸述了小型连续式振动流化床设计的基本原则及振动流化干燥的基本原理。选用活性炭和阳离子交换树脂在冷膜状态下分别在自行设计的装置上对振动流化床的床层压降、最小流化速度等空气动力学问题进行了研究。
【Abstract】 The basic design philosophy and drying principle are described for a small continous vibro-fluidized bed. The aerodynamic factors such as bed pressure drop and minimum fluidized etc. are studied for a self-design bed with activitated carbon and cation ion exchange resin respectively in a cold module manner.
