网填筛板流体力学性能研究

【摘要】 在直径为600mm有机玻璃塔内,以水-空气系统对放置网孔填料层的筛板(称网填筛板)和普通筛板进行了流体力学性能对比实验。研究发现,在普通筛板上加一层厚度为15mm的网孔填料,可以使雾沫夹带明显减少,负荷上限提高50%~80%。同时,塔板压降和漏液有所增加。

【Abstract】 The comparative experiments of hydraulic performance between the knitted mesh packing sieve tray and the conventional sieve tray are coducted by using air-water system in the tower of 600mm diameter which is made from organic-glass. The experimental results show that the entrainment is decreased significantly by adding a 15mm bed of knitted mesh packing on the conventional sieve tray and the upper limit of load is increased by 50% to 80%. Meanwhile,tray pressure drop and weeping are increased slightly.
