氨基酸螯合金属盐对肉用仔鸡饲养效果的研究

【摘要】 用刚孵出的美国AA肉用仔鸡324只,随机分成6组,每组基础日粮相同,第1组添加无机锌、铜、锰硫酸盐,第2、3、4组分别添加氨基酸螯合铜,锌锰一种,另两种为无机硫酸盐,第5组三种氨基酸螯合铜、锰、锌均添加,第6组添加无机硫酸铜、锰、锌和氨基酸水解液。试验结果表明,使用氨基酸螯合金属盐的2—5组对肉用仔鸡增重效果显著(P<0.05),其中,以第5组为最好。与对照组(1组)相比增重提高5.77×10-2,而料肉比降低了3.59×10-2。从经济效益上比较,以第4组添加氨基酸螯合锰为最好。通过屠宰试验,测定羽毛、血、肝、胫骨中铜,锰,锌的含量,以第4组锰的沉积量比对照1组有明显提高,锌,铜则无明显差异。氨基酸螯合金属盐对胴体品质无明显影响。

【Abstract】 AA day-old broiler chicks were devided randomly into 6 equal groups (every group 54). The basal diet was the same in every group while each group has specific additives. For group 1. inorganic Zn, Cu. Mn salfates were added, group 2—4 one of Cu—, Zn— and Mn—amion acid chelate and two of Cu, Zn, Mn inorganic sulftes respectively, group 5, Cu—, Mn— and Zn—amino acid chelates, and group 6 Cu—, Mn—, Zn—sulfates and amino acid hydrolysate, Analysis of data show that the gain in body werght significantly increased (P<0.05) in metal—amino acid chelates groups (group 2—5). Of them, group 5 was the highest, over group 1 (CK) while the ratio of meat to feeds decreased 3.59×10-2. Economically, group 4 (adding Mn—amino acid chelate) was the best. Cu, Mn and Zn in the feathers, blood, liver, tibial bone were also assayed. The deposit quantity of Mn in the above tissues had a significant increase in group 4 whereas Zn or Cu appeared invariable. The metal—amino acid chelates has no significant influence on carcass quality.
