直齿圆柱齿轮传动系统的振动分析计算
A Vibration Analysis for a Spur Gear Transmission System
【摘要】 研究了由齿轮、轴和轴承所组成的齿轮传动系统的扭转振动和横向振动,建立了该系统的振动数学模型和运动方程式,用模态分析法和状态空间法相结合的方法求解了该系统的多自由度时变非线性微分方程,并通过对反映系统动态特性的齿轮动载系数和振动加速度均方根值的计算,对系统作了动态分析.
【Abstract】 In studying the vibration of the gear transmission system, seldom have the mass, stiffness and damping of the shaft and bearings been all taken into consideration in the dynamic model. And, even if they have, the gear stiffness is often regarded as a constant. Hence the results obtained are approximate. With all the above-mentioned factors considered, the overall stiffness of gear is taken as the function of meshing time and vibrating displacement by the authors so as to conform to reality. The equations of motion established are a set of time-varying and nonlinear equations with multiple degrees of freedom. Methods of modal analysis and state space analysis are used to find the solutions of the equations and then the dynamic response of the system is obtained.
