Pd/SnO2催化剂催化氧化CO的动力学方程
The Kinetic Equation of Catalytic Oxidation for CO Catalyzed by Pd/SnO2
【摘要】 对CO:O2:N2=1:1:8的气体,以 Pd/SnO2为催化剂,在微型反应器内进行催化一氧化碳反应.根据活塞流反应模式推导出反应的动力学方程.在30~80℃间,多次等温下测定反应气体的流量和CO转化率等基本数据,经运算和数据处理,求得该反应的反应速率方程为R=kCo2·Cco-1.按Arrhenius公式对数据进行线性回归求得活化能E=61.596J/mol,其相关系数γ=0.998.
【Abstract】 The oxidation of CO in a microreactor was catalyzed by Pd/SnO2 for a gas system with CO :O2 : N2=1 :1: 8. The kinetic equation of the reaction has been derived on the principle of the microreactor. The rate equation R=kC-1coCo2 of the reaction was obtained at various constant temperatures within the range 3080℃ by measurign some experimental data such as the gas flow, the conversion efficiency of CO and space velocity of the gas mixture. With the Arrhenius equation,the activated energy of E=61:596kJ.mol-1 has been obtained by linear regression of the data. The correlation coefficient γ of the regression equation is 0.998 6.
