国人胚胎肾脏发育的超微结构研究——Ⅰ.肾小体的发育

【摘要】 本文应用光镜、扫描及透射电镜观察20例正常发育的人胚胎肾脏(8周~28周)。结果表明:①肾小体的发育可分为3个阶段—原始阶段、发育阶段和成熟阶段。②胚胎第8周肾小体滤过膜已形成。③胎儿28周皮质浅层仍可见许多原始阶段肾小体。④原始阶段肾小体毛细血管原基为间充质细胞团。⑤肾小体包曼囊脏层细胞连接随其细胞发育成熟而改变位置。

【Abstract】 Human embry kidney of 20 cases (8~28 weeks) was observed with light microscope, scanning and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that ① the renal corpscle development can be divided into three stages—primary stage, developing stage and mature stage; ② during the 8 weeks, the filtration membrane had formed; ③ during the 28 weeks, there were a few renal corpuscle in the primary stage; ④ the primordium of the glomerulus was undifferentiated mescnchymal cells; ⑤ the junction of the podocyte changed the position along with the cell developing.
