【摘要】 本文检测了35例胃癌患者红细胞免疫粘附功能及血清CIC水平。结果表明,胃癌患者红细胞Cab受体及膜IC花环率,肿瘤红细胞花环率明显降低(P<0.001);红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子活性及血清中CIC水平显著增高。肿瘤切除术后,各项指标明显改善。提示红细胞免疫功能变化与胃癌密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The functions of red cell immune adherence (RCIA) and the CIC levels were detected in 35 patients with gastric carcinoma. The results showed that the rate of tumor-red cell rosette, the red cell C3b receptor rosette anl the membsrane immune complex rosette in patients group were significantly lower than that of control group respectively.The activity of inhabited factor of RCIA and the level of CIC in patients group was markedly higher than that of control group, and the above mentioned indexes improved markedly after the removing of carcinoma. It can be concluded that the function of red cell immune system was closely relative to the gastric carcinoma.更多还原
