【摘要】 用ABC-ELISA检测华支睾吸虫粪检阳性病人130例,粪检阴性受试者201例及其他疾病82例、并和粪检及另外两种血清学方法(SPA ERASA、常规ELISA)比较:和粪检阳性符合率93.08％,阴性符合率63.37％;ABC-ELISA的阳性反应强度是常规ELISA的1.31倍(p<0.05),其平均几何滴度是SPA-ELISA的1.77倍(p<0.05),特别在轻度感染病人,ABC-ELISA的平均几何滴度明显高于后两种血清学方法;而且非特异性反应较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Avidin-biotin complex ELISA (ABC-ELISA) in detecting the specific antibody of clonorchis sinensis was studied. By comparing with stool examination and traditional ELISA, SPA-ELISA: The sensitivity and specificity of ABC-ELISA were 93.08% and 63.37% respectivilly. The positive reaction intensity of ABC-ELISA was 1.31 times more than traditional ELISA (p<0.05). The GMRT of ABC-ELISA was 1.77 times more than SPA-ELISA (p<0.05). The GMRT of ABC-ELISA was higher than the other two immunological methods in detecting the lower level of antibody and with a low crossreaction to other diseases.更多还原
