红毛五加多糖对小鼠免疫功能的增强作用

【摘要】 本文报道红毛五加水提多糖的HW-Ⅱ-和HW-Ⅲ两个组份对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,以腹腔注射HW-Ⅱ或HW-Ⅲ,100mg·kg-1·d-1,连续三天,可显著促进脾IgM分泌细胞产生,明显提高NK细胞活性以及增强Con A刺激脾细胞产生IL-2。提示HW-Ⅱ和HW-Ⅲ均具有增强免疫功能的作用。

【Abstract】 The effects of componentsHw-Ⅱ and HW-Ⅲ of poysaccharide ex-tracted from Acanthopanax giraldii Harmsvar.hispidus Hoo on mice immunolcgicalfunctions were investigated. The resultsshowed that daily injection of HW-Ⅱ orHW-Ⅲ at a dose of 100mg/kg for 3 daysmarkedly promoted the production ofspleen plaque forming cells,increased theNK cells activity and enhanced the ConA-induced spleen cells to produce IL-2. There-fore there is a suggestion that HW-Ⅱ andHW-Ⅲ might be as immunopotentiators.
