【摘要】 本文用同位素来源激发X射线对42例确诊为乳腺癌,57例乳腺增生患者和31例健康人进行了头发中10种微量元素测定。结果表明:乳腺癌患者发中Mn、Cr、K含量显著高于正常人(P<0.05);乳腺增生患者发中Cr、Ca含量显著高于正常人(P<0.05),乳腺癌患者发中K,Fe含量显著高于乳腺增生患者(P<0.05)更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The trace element analysison the scalp hair of patients with breastcancer and hyperplasia was made usingthe XRF method and compared with that ofhealthy people. The hair samples from 42breast cancer patients, 57 hyperplasia pa-tients and 31 healthy people were collectedrespectively. The results showed that Mn,Cr and Kcontent in the hair of the patients withcancer was much higher than that of thenormal (P<0.05). Significant differenceswere also found between patients withbreast cancer and with hyperplasia in Kand Fe content. The former was muchhigher than the latter (P<0.05).更多还原
